1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Single Account: Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the gl55 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and reporting to PAGCOR.

4.2 Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. gl55 is not liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by a Player.

4.3 KYC Verification: gl55 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before activating full account functions, including withdrawal privileges. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by gl55 to fulfill KYC obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

4.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused from any other service;
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person;

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

5.1 Currency: All transactions on gl55 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals through supported local payment channels.

5.2 Supported Payment Methods: gl55 supports deposits and withdrawals through PAGCOR-regulated and Philippine-registered financial channels, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at gl55's discretion.

5.3 Minimum Transactions: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. gl55 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable prior notice to Players.

5.4 Verification of Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed KYC verification before withdrawal requests will be processed. 5.5 Processing Times: gl55 endeavors to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. gl55 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banks, or force majeure events.

5.6 Fund Sources: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your gl55 Account are legally sourced and are not derived from any illegal activity. gl55 complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 gl55 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each bonus's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Abuse and Fraud: gl55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus if gl55 reasonably determines that a Player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or engaging in any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine wagering activity.

6.4 gl55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions through the Platform or by SMS to their registered mobile number.

7. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Enforcement

7.1 gl55 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform on your behalf;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Chargebacks, reversal of deposits, or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to gl55 or its support team;

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at gl55 staff or other Players.

7.2 Enforcement: gl55 reserves the right to, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these Terms; void any bets or game rounds affected by prohibited conduct; forfeit any balance held in an Account where prohibited conduct is confirmed; and report violations to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

7.3 Game Errors: In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious technical fault during a game round, gl55 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake. gl55 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings caused by technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 gl55 is a responsible operator committed to promoting safe gaming practices among its Players. gl55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gl55 shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or any losses arising from circumstances beyond gl55's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processing failures.

10.2 gl55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gl55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by Player: You may request closure of your gl55 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon verified request, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and completion of any pending identity verification.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by gl55: gl55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;

11.3 Where an Account is terminated for cause, gl55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the Player in a reasonable timeframe.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 gl55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 gl55 implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, consistent with its obligations under applicable Philippine data protection laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding on gl55.

13.4 Jurisdiction: The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the processes outlined in this Section.

14. Severability and Waiver

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 gl55's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
